I danced ballet since i was 5 years old and later while studing and working as a German-Persian, I Continued with a formation in floorgymnastics.​​​​​​​​​

During 2001, while in the USA, I was introduced to Pilates full body training and decided to continue in this field in 2005, I received​​​​​​​ my internationally certified Pilates therapy trainer degree from the international school of Polestar Pilates in Cologne/ Germany.

​​​​​​​I have been teaching in my own studio for 15 years, I regularly take part in training courses and seminars in Europe, where i have completed additional training in studio equipment (Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine corrector) focusing on "Pilates Reformer"
